We are a premium residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes valued at $6M+, and we’re looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be on the tools while overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring exceptional quality, and driving projects through to completion.
About the Role
- Manage and coordinate trades on high-end custom home builds
- Work closely with the project Manager, and architects
- Maintain exceptional quality standards and attention to detail
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
- Ensure WHS compliance and a safe, efficient worksite
- Be hands-on where required – lead by example
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman in high-end residential construction
- Strong carpentry background (trade qualified preferred)
- Experience delivering architecturally designed homes ($3M+ ideally)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to manage timelines and subcontractors effectively
