I am currently seeking a HSE Advisor to join reputable Tier 2 and Tier 3 developer-builders known for delivering architecturally designed, high-end commercial projects across Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on luxury high-rise commercial developments located within Brisbane’s CBD and inner suburbs — landmark builds expected to span multiple years.

The successful candidate will ideally bring hands-on experience in the commercial construction sector, with a strong focus on high-rise developments, and a passion for fostering proactive safety cultures onsite.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dedicated HSE role within commercial construction
- Experience working on high-rise commercial projects (preferred)
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (essential)
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
- Proficient in safety management platforms such as Hammertech, 1Breadcrumb, or similar
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine commitment to health and safety best practices
- Attractive salary package – up to $180k + super (depending on experience)
